Carrigaline Family Support Centre was established in 2008 by a group of community activists who were conscious of the growing population and lack of supports and services to meet the new demands. The Centre covers Carrigaline and Lower Harbour area, which includes: Passage West, Crosshaven, Minane Bridge, Ringaskiddy, Shanbally, & it's environs mainly within the South Lee Catchment area.
Over time the service has adapted to a changing Lower Harbour area and we strive to meet people where they are, holding a safe space for them as they seek internal and external supports.
We now offer a range of family support and community health programmes. The Centre offers a drop in service where people are welcome to call in and have a chat and a cup of tea or coffee. The Centre will link you in to the relevant services that will support you.
